The Performance Consultant is an essential member of the Human Resources team. The position delivers employee relations guidance to all supervisors and employees within Campus Enterprises, administers the day-to-day operations of the performance management and employee relations processes for Campus Enterprises, and handles many functions to ensure prompt and consistent service is provided to the division with limited oversight from the HR Manager. In addition, this position will coordinate the employee recognition program and administer the training programs for the division.
The Performance Consultant will partner with the HR Manager and division leadership to make recommendations across cross-functional HR areas that align with the goals of the division and the needs of the department while following HR best practices. The Performance Consultant will work closely with members of the University Human Resources team and other business partners, and serve as a liaison to ensure policies and procedures are being followed. The Performance Consultant will offer recommendations to Campus Enterprise HR Manager regarding necessary training and new procedures needed. This position reports to the HR Manager for Campus Enterprises
