Essential Job Duties

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver finished product, equipment and supplies to all Dining locations and catering function locations, in good condition and following a set schedule in a timely fashion:

Duties include but not limited to:
  • Complete surplus runs and vendor pick ups.
  • Transport completed products between dining units.
  • Transfer campus supplies between dining units
  • Assist with inventory and stock room needs for all dining units.
  • Load and off-load cargo to be delivered to dining units.
  • Assist in teaching kitchen needs.
  • Assist supervisor with routine preventative maintenance, inspection, keep proper records of maintenance and fueling of all vehicles.
  • Comply with all Department of Transportation and State requirements for operators of motor vehicles.
